Colby Furia is a dedicated Realtor® with Coldwell Banker serving clients throughout Sonoma

County. Born and raised in Cloverdale and a graduate of St. Vincent de Paul High

School in Petaluma, Colby has deep roots in Northern California and a strong appreciation for

the unique communities that make the region special.

Colby earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Upper Iowa University. As

an NCAA athlete, he played quarterback for two Division II programs: Northwest Missouri State

and Upper Iowa. The discipline, leadership, and competitive mindset he developed as a student-

athlete continue to shape his professional approach today.

Known for being personable, ambitious, and driven, Colby is committed to guiding his clients

through every step of the real estate process while advocating strongly on their behalf during

negotiations.

With a lifelong connection to Sonoma County, Colby understands what makes the area such a

desirable place to live—from its close-knit communities to its incredible location near world-

class wine regions like Napa Valley and the scenic Northern California coastline. His local

knowledge and enthusiasm for the region help clients feel confident when buying or selling

property in this competitive market.Outside of real estate, Colby remains involved in the sport he loves as a quarterbacks coach. He

also enjoys spending his free time fishing, golfing, and exploring the outdoors throughout

Northern California.
